Acceptable Use Policy
Uncensored Chat is an uncensored creative tool. We keep restrictions to the legal minimum — but a few uses are absolutely prohibited because they are illegal.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service. It applies to everything you submit to the Service ("Inputs") and everything the Service generates from your Inputs ("Outputs"). You are solely responsible for your Inputs and Outputs. Violating this AUP is a material breach of the Terms and may result in immediate termination and a report to law enforcement.
1. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and minors
You may not create, request, upload, or share any content that depicts, describes, or sexualizes a minor (any person under 18, or who is depicted, described, or implied to be under 18), in any form — real, fictional, AI-generated, drawn, or otherwise. This includes "age-play" or any attempt to make a character appear, sound, or be implied to be a minor in a sexual context. We report such content and the associated account to law enforcement and child-protection authorities.
2. Non-consensual sexual content involving real people
You may not create sexual or intimate content depicting a real, identifiable person without their consent. This includes deepfakes, "nudify"-style edits, revenge content, and the use of a real person's photograph or likeness to generate sexual content without their permission.
3. Other illegal content and conduct
You may not use the Service for content or conduct that is illegal under applicable law, including: credible threats or incitement of violence; content that promotes or facilitates terrorism; non-consensual intimate imagery; human trafficking or sexual exploitation; instructions to create weapons or substances intended to cause mass harm; fraud, malware, or attempts to breach the security of the Service; or infringement of another party's intellectual property.
Subject only to the strict prohibitions above and the law, Uncensored Chat does not restrict adult, explicit, or fictional content between or about consenting adults. We do not filter your conversations or impose content judgments beyond what the law requires. This freedom is the point of the Service — it comes with your agreement to stay within the legal lines above.
One thing to be clear about: Uncensored Chat is for entertainment and is not a crisis line or a medical, counseling, or emergency service, and the AI is not a substitute for professional help. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right away (in the US, call or text 988, or text HOME to 741741).
We may remove content, suspend or permanently terminate accounts, preserve records, and cooperate with and report to law enforcement where we believe in good faith that this AUP has been violated, with or without notice. We do not pre-screen content, but we act on reports and on content we become aware of.
To report a violation, illegal content, or content involving a minor, contact [email protected] with enough detail for us to locate the content. Reports of child sexual abuse material are treated as the highest priority.
