Terms of Service

The Service at uncensored.chat is owned and operated by ModelsLab ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service, including our AI chat, AI characters, and image generation features.

By creating an account, checking the acceptance box at sign-up, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

The Service may produce mature, adult, and sexually explicit content and is intended solely for adults. By using the Service, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• You are not accessing the Service from any jurisdiction where adult content is prohibited, and you are solely responsible for complying with your local laws.
• You will not allow any person under 18 to access your account or any content generated through it.

We reserve the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where we have a reasonable belief that the user is a minor.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep it up to date, and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account, and you may not create an account on behalf of anyone other than yourself.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate text, characters, and images in response to your inputs. AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, offensive, incomplete, or otherwise unsuitable. It is provided for entertainment and creative purposes only.

AI output does not represent the views of the Company and must not be relied upon as professional advice of any kind — including medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. AI characters are fictional; any resemblance to real persons is coincidental unless you deliberately create it, in which case you are solely responsible for doing so lawfully. You use AI output at your own risk and are responsible for independently verifying it before relying on it.

Uncensored Chat is an uncensored creative tool. Within the limits of the law, we give you broad freedom over your prompts, characters, and conversations. In exchange, you accept sole responsibility for everything you submit to the Service ("Inputs") and everything the Service generates from your Inputs ("Outputs").

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which sets out a small set of strictly prohibited uses. These prohibitions exist because the underlying conduct is illegal — they include, without limitation, any content that sexualizes minors, any non-consensual sexual content involving real, identifiable people, and any content that is otherwise unlawful. Violating the Acceptable Use Policy is a material breach of these Terms and may be reported to law enforcement.

You acknowledge that the Company does not pre-screen Inputs or Outputs and is not the author of, and does not endorse, any content you generate. As between you and the Company, you are the sole author and publisher of your Inputs and Outputs and bear all responsibility and liability for them.

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; the charge on your statement will appear under Uncensored Chat. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method the applicable fees, including any taxes.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. We may change our prices or plans on a prospective basis with notice as required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and all Outputs are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any Output will meet your expectations. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service or any Inputs or Outputs, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.

If you believe content on the Service is illegal, infringes your rights, or violates our Acceptable Use Policy, report it to [email protected]. For copyright complaints, send a notice to [email protected] identifying the work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, and a good-faith statement. We will review valid reports and may remove content and disable accounts. We cooperate with law enforcement and will report content that sexualizes minors to the relevant authorities and child-protection organizations.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if required by law, or to protect the Service, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from your account settings. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including those on content responsibility, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.
